We want our customers experience a smooth and easy shopping from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund. For your convenience, Telescope Indonesia offers qualifying domestic orders returned for store credit or an exchange. If you have return inquires more than 7 days after receipt of merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to Telescope Indonesia Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included.
In the event of national rules and regulation change by government of Indonesia, Telescope Indonesia reserves the right to deny any return if it is illegal to ship, use, carry, possess, purchase, own, or sell such restricted product. Per our domestic compliance policy, it is ultimately the Customer's responsibility to investigate and ensure that any item is legal to use, carry, possess, purchase and/or own within the Customer's intended area. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned goods meeting the terms of our Return Policy.
All exchanges and returns require the completion of a return form, which must be requested by Email. Once complete, follow the provided Return Instructions and return the merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that your return request only active for 7 days following the date of submission.
Product Return General FAQs
1. What is the processing time on returns?
Telescope Indonesia processes all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit Card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.
2. What requirements does Telescope Indonesia have in order to return goods?
All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components.
Telescope Indonesia requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including discount vouchers with purchase. For example, if a telescope arrives with a free flashlight included, both items must be returned before processing an exchange or refund. In addition, Telescope Indonesia will not accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods. If a complete return is not received, Telescope Indonesia reserves the right to charge an additional 500.000 IDR to send the package back to the customer.
Telescope Indonesia reserves the right to deny any return if it is illegal to ship, use, carry, possess, purchase, own, or sell such restricted product. 3. How do I obtain a refund?
Refunds are unable to be issued until the merchandise has been received. For orders not qualifying for free shipping, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to, domestic Ground, Express or international shipping. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Telescope Indonesia. e.g., customs or brokerage fees.
After refund approval, Telescope Indonesia refunds customers via the original payment method. For example, if a customer paid via PayPal, any necessary refunds will be applied to the customer's PayPal account. In rare cases, circumstances may require that we issue a check to the customer.
4. What if I want to return an item after the 7 days have elapsed?
Unfortunately, Telescope Indonesia is unable to accept any returns after 7 days elapse from the receipt of merchandise. If you have return inquiries more than 7 days after receipt of merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.
5. What are the exceptions to Telescope Indonesia Return Policy?
Unfortunately, Telescope Indonesia is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
• Oversized items, e.g., Domes
• Customized or personalized products
• Special order items including promotional and corporate merchandise
• Safety products, e.g., filters
• 80% Lower Receivers (must be in new, unmodified condition)
• Bump Stocks
• Binary Triggers
Currently, Telescope Indonesia charges restocking fees on the return of:
• Electronic products
• Items removed from plastic blister packaging, e.g., lamps, film, batteries, memory cards, etc.
• Laboratory items
6. What is your Return Policy on High-Value and/or Volume Orders? Are there any other items that are considered a Special Return?
The return of any High Value and/or Volume Orders must be pre-authorized prior to shipping the item back to Telescope Indonesia. In order to be pre-authorized, customers must contact Telescope Indonesia and fill out the return form for a pre-authorization of the return. A Telescope Indonesia Representative will contact you via phone or email within 1-3 business days to process the return.
Please note that the request for a return does not constitute authorization to return the merchandise and that Telescope Indonesia reserves the right to refuse any return which does not have a pre-authorization.
7. What is Telescope Indonesia policy for International Returns?
Telescope Indonesia allows returns on international orders for an exchange or refund within 20 days of merchandise receipt. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return form that is only active for 7 days from the date of submission. Please promptly ship the product back to us to meet this timeframe. In addition, please note that Telescope Indonesia is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the merchandise to us or for any shipping charges associated with your new order.
